Standard Shipping costs are applicable during checkout.

Custom designed Products will be shipped in 3-4 weeks after orders are placed. We do not offer refund / returns on custom stitched products.

Readymade products will be shipped immediately.

What can I return?
You may return a product that was damaged upon receipt. Custom Stitched products and Stitched Blouses are not returnable.

Can I return products purchased during Sale?
Products purchased during or on Sale will be eligible for returns only if there are any manufacturing defects. Custom Stitched products and Stitched Blouses are not returnable.

How can I claim my return money?
Sorry, we do not refund money in cash, however you can use the paid amount as a wallet balance to purchase any other product from the store.

Product purchased online can I return in store and get it exchange?
Yes, you can return in store and get it exchange only it is un-used and has any manufacturing defects.
